I finally got over my cold feet and shit, wore the cloth. I put on my headphones to show guys on the train from Obs i’m ‘comfortable’ with it (but deep down I was freaking out!). I had to wear jeans and shoes coz the weather’s today is cold and wet. Otherwise Masais don’t wear anything underneath the cloth (but i will at least put on underwear and a short!)
Walked from Cape Town to school in Green Point. Starizzle, one of my classmates, loves the look, haha. Let’s see how the day turns out. Photos my housemate (Moses) took today of me at the Obs stn and when i was boarding the train being uploaded soon!

Moses, one of my housemates, took this photo of me in a Masai cloth on Monday morning 5 Oct. But i freaked out wearing it outside! I wore jeans instead. I will do it from tomorrow. Getting out of my comfort zone is painful!
coz i can’t find a masai sheet on google…
Shed weight on Friday 2 Oct searching for a Masai sheet along Long Street, CBD, Cape Town station, nothing!
But I found something close on Saturday in a shop in Obs. I should have began there!
